What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a combination of gymnastics, powerlifting/weightlifting and cardio exercises. This programme has the objective to improve all categories of physical preparedness despite current level of activity, fitness and age. Everybody can train CrossFit. Our well educated coaches know how to learn you to move properly, and they are willing to scale every workout based on your current ability and to guide you through the process. Beside GROUP training, our INDIVIDUAL programme is dedicated to everybody with special needs, such as intense weight loss, strength or muscle gain, learning new skills, pain relief or injury prevention/recovery.

every session is different by using a variety of methods and gear, which makes every session fun, mentally and physically demanding.
relatively high intensity is adjustable to everybody, trainings are short and intense.
A place to learn basic and intermediate movements and to get in shape of your life. You will improve your strength, endurance, stamina and loose excess body fat. Three sessions per week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat) is enough and enough safe to make you fit and injury free. Almost every workout has strength work and a WOD.
All inclusive CrossFit. Includes all complex gymnastics/barbell movements. Needs dedication and passion. This programme offers everyday training options.
